Do you charge for Congestion charge and Parking?
Generally we do not charge for parking as we can load and unload on yellow line and loading bays as well as normal parking bays. Customers who need to go into London’s congestion charge zone will have to pay £10 to cover this charge.
Are there any hidden charges?
No, we have absolutely no hidden charges. We do not charge VAT, floor/staircase or fuel and mileage charges on top of the price we quote you. The price you are quoted is what you will pay.
What are your working hours?
We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, meaning we will be available anytime anywhere in the UK and London.
Can I cancel or amend my booking?
Yes, you can change or amend your booking at anytime. You can also cancel your booking anytime with 24 hours notice free of charge.
What are your payment terms?
You can pay by cash to the driver on the day or bank transfer via invoice before your moving date.
Do you offer packing and unpacking?
Yes, we offer full packing and unpacking we also sell boxes £2.50 per box and tape is £5 per roll, please call for further information.
Do you offer same day service?
Yes, we are able to offer same day services for man with a van and we can provide a van within one hours notice.
